Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building or muscular endurance. An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program.
An aerobic fitness programme featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music.
BodyPump is a cardio strength class that utilises barbells to perform resistance exercises and workouts; all completed to upbeat music mix tracks. Body pump classes are run by our professional trainers and usually last around 45-60 minutes.
