The following range of services we offer :
Lecture room with Sport ScientistA one hour lesson for teams on topics such as: sport psychology, nutrition, injury prevention, coaching, or any topic that you want us to cover. The room can also be hired without a sport scientist for your own use.
Speed/AgilityA session on the park, based around speed and agility technique. The session can be based around general running, or be sport-specific running.
Sports Halls Training w/ Specialist Soccer CoachAn indoor training session that focuses on the technical development of the four core skills. Our coach will design a session that is skill and age-related to ensure that you and/or your team gets the most out of our session. Equipment provided.
Team Gym SessionsA functional movement session around a focus (e.g. power, strength, mobility, etc.) in our gym. The session will be age and skill-related, coached and designed by our sport scientists. Movements incorporated during the session will be relative to your sport to ensure optimal training.
Individual SessionsA 30-minute, or 1-hour session that is personalised to help you reach your goals. Sessions can be designed around a single, or a combination of various goals, and will be held in our gym, led by our performance coaches.
Small Group SessionsSimilar to individual sessions, small group sessions are 1-hour sessions that is designed to help you and your group reach a combined goal. Sessions can be designed around a single, or a combination of various goals, and will be held in our gym, led by our performance coaches. Small groups are between 2-9 people.
Dietitics ConsultIn today’s media-rich world, it can difficult to get the right information on what to eat. So get professional help from a qualified Dietitian with the most up-to-date, evidence based information to help you achieve your goals. Initial consults are designed to accurately identify your nutritional concerns and ensure all your questions are answered. Our dietitian specialises in weight loss and performance nutrition for sport. By appointment only.
